La serie AS comprende riduttori coassiali a ingranaggicilindrici elicoidali.Alle ben note caratteristiche di silenziositˆ si uniscono doti dinotevole robustezza dovute al generoso dimensionamentodegli organi interni e delle carcasse.Le grandezze 16 e 20 vengono costruite con carcassa inAlluminio pressofuso, permettendo notevoli alleggerimenti delgruppo pur mantenendo inalterate le caratteristiche di robustezzain forza di una accurata progettazione della cassa.In aggiunta alle versioni flangiate e con piedi, offerte su tuttala gamma, le grandezze 25, 30, e 35 sono disponibilianche nelle due esecuzioni:- R con cassa flangiata ridotta- PR cassa con piedi (in esecuzione rinforzata).Entrambe hanno lo scopo di permettere lÕapplicazione dimaggiori carichi radiali ed assiali sullÕalbero lento.A questo scopo vengono utilizzati cuscinetti con pi• elevatacapacitˆ di carico.La versione R viene fornita nelle grandezze 25, 30, 35 e disponedi una flangia con dimensioni ridotte rispetto alla versione F.La versione PR viene fornita nelle grandezz 25 e 30 emantiene le stesse quote dÕaccoppiamento e dÕingombrodella versione P.LÕalta qualitˆ degli ingranaggi rettificatisulla 1a riduzione in qualitˆ6 DIN 3962, lÕaccurata progettazione,la scelta di componenti commercialidi primaria marca fanno di questaserie un punto di forza dellaproduzione Bonfiglioli.
The AS series includes helical in-line reducers and gearedmotors.Their features, like low noise level, are well known along withreliability, achieved by genrous oversizing of housing andinternal components.The sizes 16 and 20 are now supplied with die-cast aluminiumhousing, which allows reduction in weight while keepingunchanged the strength by means of the accurate redesign ofthe housing.In addition to the existing flange and foot mounted versions,available all throughout the AS/MAS series, framesize 25, 30and 35 are also available in the following designs:- R with reduced flange- PR foot mounted with reinforced bearings.They have both been designed with the aim of allowing higheroverhung and thrust loads on low speed shaft.Reinforced bearings are used for this purpose.Version ÇRÈ is available on frame sizes 25, 30 and 35 andfeatures an output flange smaller than ÇFÈ version.Version ÇPRÈ is available ou frame sizes 25 and 30 and sharessame overall and fitting dimensions of ÇPÈ version.The high quality of first reduction gears which are ground to quality class 6 (DIN 3962), the accurate design and the use of top quality components make this line the outsanding product within the Bonfiglioli range.

DISPOSITIVO ANTIRETRO ANTI-RUN BACK DEVICE
SENSO DI ROTAZIONE / DIRECTION OF ROTATION
A richiesta si può fornire il riduttore munito di dispostitivoantiretro ( TA.../A - TA.../DA) che permette la rotazionedell’albero lento solo nel senso desiderato. In fase diordine specificare il senso di rotazione (sinistro odestro).Se non specificato il riduttore viene fornito con il senso dirotazione destro. I riduttori TA... e TA.../D (ad esclusionedel tipo TA 30) nelle grandezze 40..., 45..., 50..., 100...,125..., sono già predisposti per ricevere il dispositivoantiretro BW; per le altre grandezze (35..., 60..., 70..., 80...)dovrà essere richiesto anche il supporto per antiretro (A).L’applicazione può essere effettuata seguendo lasuccessione delle operazioni indicate.1) Smontare il cappellotto A;2) Montare la linguetta E (escluso TA 35...) e la boccola
interna C (escluso TA 35);3) Nelle grandezze 40..., 45..., 50..., 100..., 125..., dovrà
essere applicata la boccola esterna D;4) Inserire la ruota libera BW nell’alloggiamento del
cappellotto (o del supporto);5) Introdurre del grasso denso nell’anello e premere verso
l’esterno i tasselli dell’antiretro;6) Montare il cappellotto A (o il supporto) introducendo il
tutto con la pressione della mano e ruotando il cappellotto stesso;
7) Verificare, ruotando a mano l’albero in entrata del riduttore, che il senso di rotazione sia corretto. In casocontrario ripetere le operazioni montando la ruota liberanel senso opposto.
On request the gearbox is available fitted with an anti-runback device (TA.../A - TA.../DA) which only allows outputshaft rotation in one direction. The choice of direction isoptional, therefore is should be indicated when ordering(left or right).If not specified the gearbox is supplied direction of rotationright.The gearboxes of size 40-45-50-100-125 (excluding 30)are designed to accept the BW anti-runback as standard.Sizes 35-60-70-80 need the anti-runback element support(A) as well.The element is easily fitted or disassembled by followingthis simple proceedure:1) Remove cover A;2) Fit key E (excluding TA 35...) and internal bush C
(excluding TA 35...);3) For sizes 40-45-50-100-125 also fit external bush D;4) Insert the clutch element BW into the seat of the cap
(or support);5) Put thick grease into the ring and press outside the small
block of the anti-runback device;6) Fit cap A (or support) pressing with the hands and
turning the cap itself;7) Check that the direction of rotation is correct, by turning
the gearbox input shaft by hand. If not correct then repeat the above steps, but fit the clutch element in theopposite way around.
