The Constitution was promulgated By The prime Minister of Pakistan Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto

It is the supreme Law of Pakistan.

It is approved by the Parliament of Pakistan on 10 April and ratified on 14 August 1973.

It consists of 280 articles and 7 schedules and 12 parts with Objective Resolution as preamble,

Federal ? Parliamentary

Bi cameral ( The senate and The national assembly).

The Prime Minister (Chief Executive) .

The Head of State ( Head of State)

Amendment through two third majority.

The prime Minister must be Muslim age 40 years or above

Urdu official Language .

Fundamental Rights ,security of person ,freedom of Movement ,freedom of Speech freedom of association, freedom of profess .
