Agility for CustomerDelight Agility or being Agile is not just about being more efficient,

being more productive, being faster, being more qualified andetc. Yes, we may need these cool stuff in order to succeed butanyway, Agility or being Agile should be understood as a toolfor enhancing customer experience. At the end, if you cannotsatisfy your customer needs, it is no matter how efficient youare working in your office. So, the focus must be the customerfirst. Unfortunately, it is easy to forget about your customersand instead, focus on yourself and your processes. That's howsome of the Agile transformations have failed.

Benefits for attendees

Discover how Agile mindsetthat focuses on customersatisfaction contribute to thesuccess in your industry nomatter what it is.

Delegation Poker

Let’s play to with delegation poker cards, you will discoverthat:

Delegation is not a binary thing. There are plenty of “shadesof grey” between being a dictator and being an anarchist.

Delegation is a step-by-step process. You hand overaccountability to other people, in a controlled and gradualway.

Delegation is context-dependent. You want to delegate asmuch as possible; but if you go too far, chaos might unfold.
