I make plenty of mistakes and I ll make plenty more mistakes, too. That s part of the game. You ve just got to make sure that the right things overcome the wrong ones

You can not make a good deal with a bad person. It is easier to stay out of trouble than it is to get out of trouble. It takes twenty years to build a reputation and five minutes to lose it. If you think about that, you will do things differently. It is not necessary to do extraordinary things to get extraordinary results. Wishful thinking


Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago. Durable competitive advantage. You ve to think for yourself. How high IQ people mindlessly imitate to get success. Learn from your experiences, learn too from others experiences. If we can not find things within our circle of competence, we don t expand the circle. We should wait.


What we learn from history is that people didnt learn from history. No matter how great the talent or effort, some things just take time : you can not produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant. Risk comes from not knowing what you are doing. Accounting is the language of business.

Be smart


Most of theories come from 1st countries. Youre in 3rd countries. Theories will give you fundamental concepts. Youve to modify it. You cant escape from theories but You need to be SMART. This is all about of leadership & Management.
