Transfero pressure maintenance and Vento degassing for particularly high pressuresThe boom in Asia and the general tendency in urban areas to build higher and higher hasbeen accelerating the demand for pressure maintenance and degassing stations designedfor particularly high pressures. The Transfero and Vento families for heating and cooling systems are therefore being extended with the ...P types for pressures above 10 bar. ThePowerCube panel is designed for a 3 x 400 V input and is fitted with an Emergency Offmains isolator. An optional 60 Hz version is also available.

Redox for comprehensive water treatmentThe famous Zeparo separators for micro bubbles and dirt particles have been extendedwith the Redox ZUR range. The Redox can also reduce the oxygen content in system water and is therefore suitable for comprehensive water treatment in small heating, solarand chilled water systems.

DLV – New generation of lock shield valves to meet all customer requirementsLock shield valves are required for isolating and draining expansion vessels. Sounds sim-ple, but the types available on the market do not meet all customer requirements. Pneu-matex has therefore developed its own DLV lock shield valve.

When looking for new, even more efficient solutions we also main-tain close contact with well-known research insti tutes. Our widerange of experience means that we can develop new solutions ona tried-and-tested basis, and the oxystop degassing in TransferoTV is no exception. The basic principle was the proven re al isationthat the frequent flush ing of unpressurized diaphragm expansionvessels can enrich the oxygen content. We therefore degas sepa-rately according to the oxystop principle using a special ve ssel. Thesystem is perfectly complimented by the dynaflex pum p operation.Speed- regulation means that the de gassing as well as the start-up and shut-down operation is of an elastic design.

The targets were set very high – and they were surpassed! The Zeparo system, developed in a very short space of time by the Pneumatex engineers for separation of micro bubbles, sludge andmagnetite, is unique.

For the first time it is now possible to combine a few starter moduleswith a diverse range of intelli gent function solutions. The helistill separator, the core of all separators, is the optimised result of numerous trials. And the result is convincing: The degrees of separation determined at the Technical University Dresden set newstandards. For the Aquapresso bags, we therefore only use selected butyl rub-ber which is suitable for drinking water. This rubber is vulcanised in line with our tried-and-tested traditional method and not sprayed –thus the bags remain absolutely free from any chemical additiveswhich would otherwise be required during production. Establishment of an installation company

Carl Stücklin establishes a company for the «Construction phase of central heating and sanitary systems». He

soon stands out from his competitors due to his unconventional ideas.

From installation company to the production and development company

Under the leadership of sons Paul, Kurt and Julius, the Stücklin company develops following the hard years of war

to a system supplier. Now the company is capable of designing and manufacturing. With own boilers and radia-

tors, everything can be offered from one source.

The expansion technology arrives – and sealed heating systems are born

The boiler construction is still in the foreground. However the revolution of the expansion technology is imminent.

| In the mid fifties Paul Stücklin is the first to install a bag of butyl rubber into a expansion vessel. These are the first

stages of the sealed heating systems, the birth of the legendary airproof butyl bag as we know it today. | One

pionieer action is followed by the next. | In 1965 – the first series-manufactured compressor automat in the world.

| 1972 – the first transferomat. | From 1977, Andreas Stücklin manages the fate of the company.

The expansion technology becomes the core business

At the end of the eighties, all activities are focussed on the sealed expansion technology. | In light of the awareness

that sealed systems cannot solve all problems, Pneumatex applies for a degassing patent in 1995. | 1995 – a

milestone: Vento, the first affordable vacuum degasser for heating systems experiences its success ful launch. In

the following years, an unrivalled technology for the pressure maintenance, degassing and water make-up is

developed. The idea for a complex system monitoring develops.

System technology at international level

In 2002, Karl Willemen takes over as main share holder of the newly-established Pneumatex AG. An insider with

Pneumatex blood and international vision. | The company is reorganised within two years . The product range

consistently focuses on modern water management in three business areas. | Pressure maintenance heating

technology, quality assurance of water systems and pressure stabilisation of drinking water | With SelectP!,

Pneumatex introduces the first online calculation program in the industry – which means up to date worldwide

customer service.

Dynamic Watermanagement – the consistent evolution of an idea

The business area of quality assurance for water systems open a further chapter of the Pneumatex

history towards the future: Dynamic Watermanagement – the combination of technology and know-how to
