Increased on time delivery commitments for Customer Returned Material from 63% to 95% in FY2007 by

increasing visibility of planned material requirements to the MPS and the actual usage. Maintained 95% on time delivery commitments in FY2008, while inventory turns were increasing, and lean inventory goals were being met.

Improved the Customer Returned Material average turn around time (days in house) from 30 days to 26 days in FY2008. Created schedules and visibility to “shared resources”.
