Parksville is located on the beautiful,Central East Coast of Vancouver Island,British Columbia. Our Wedding guide includes: Parksville. Qualicum Beach, Coombs, Errington, Qualicum Bay, BowserDeep Bay, Comox Valley, Port Alberni, Lantzville and Nanaimo.Lantzville and Nanaimo.
The mission of our Wedding Guide is:
v to promote the Parksville/Qualicum Beach & surrounding area as a fabulous destination for weddings;
v to support & promote our local wedding professionals & businesses; v to provide a unique connection & networking opportunity with Wedding Event
Planners across Canada – instead of having to look for opportunities & make things happen, opportunities are now coming to us through this process;
v to build quality business relationships with all of our clients and, in turn, this generates more business for each of us and our community;
v to market & promote our advertisers by increased traffic and visibility which will help everyone to gain potential customers;
v to help grow your business through association with other business owners; v to keep all of us up to date on the latest trends in the wedding industry; v to expand our businesses reach in our communities to outlying ones across Canada v and finally, remember to be helpful to others that you network with, always
reciprocate – we should view one another as colleagues, not as competitors.
Our goal is to inspire the bridal couple within the pages of this Wedding Guide; to show exactly what we have to offer the bride and groom in the Parksville/Qualicum Beach and
surrounding areas. It is not only the fabulous locations and accommodations that we offer, but it is the “whole experience”

Design & Creative Charges Finished advertisements will need to be supplied as vector artwork. Any pictures must be in 300dpi (minimum). Creative charges apply if the“Wedding Guide Production Staff” are to design and create the advertisement or if any changes are needed to be made to the artwork supplied. Note: all artwork is to be submitted to: Lynda Schneider at [email protected] Cost: $100 (for the ad, which includes 1 edit). Additional edits: $10. Distribution Wedding Guides are complimentary and will be distributed locally, electronically and at the major trade shows: BC Vancouver Home Show (Feb.18-22); Calgary Home & Garden Show (Feb.26); Edmonton Home & Garden Show (Mar.19-22); 11th BC International Real Estate Convention (2015); AVICC (Assoc. of Vancouver Island & Coastal Communities (held in Courtenay Apr.10-12); Parksville & District Chamber of Commerce relocation folders; issuu.com (online magazine:http://issuu.com/parksvillechamber.docs/2015weddingguide); and on our Parksville & District Chamber of Commerce website in the social media area. The Wedding Guide will also be distributed to different wedding shows in Canada: Atlantic Wedding Showcase (Halifax, Nova Scotia); Brock House Wedding Show (Vancouver, BC); Fraser Valley Wedding Show (Abbotsford, BC) and the Enchanted Bridal Show (Camrose, Alberta).
