A member of the Golden Gate Triathlon Club Ambassador Team is

DetailsThrough this program, our aim is to make you a

better cyclist by focusing on strength, stamina

and technique. You’ll have a lot of fun doing it!

Duration: 13 week sessions

When: Monday Nights 6:30-8:00pm

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING(Wed, 6:30 – 7:30 AM @ Little Marina Green)

When: Wednesday morning 6:30-7:30am

Where: Little Marina Green

Coach: Nate Helming

Program Goals: skill development, mobility,

strength, power, and speed in addition to cardio-

respiratory endurance and muscular endurance.

TRACK WORKOUTS(WED, 6:45 – 8:00 PM @ KEZAR STADIUM)

DetailsDuration: February to November

When: Wednesday nights 6:45-8:00pm

Where: Kezar Stadium (when available)

Coach: John Dahlz

Meeting Spot: S.E. Corner bleachers @ Kezar

Basic Requirements:

• Running Shoes

• Desire to run faster

• Positive attitude

POOL WORKOUTS(FRI, 7:00 – 8:00 PM @ SAINT IGNATIUS)

DetailsDuration: Year round (excluding holidays/events)

When: Friday 7:00-8:00pm (schedule changes)

Where: Saint Ignatius College Prep Pool

Coach: John Dahlz

Basic Requirements:

• Swim 5 X 100 yds freestyle on 15 sec rest

• Ideally be able to swim 2 of the 4 major strokes

• Be ready to swim at the start time
