ABOUT US

The Cake Factory is a cake and cookie wholesaler in Perth.

We pride ourselves on quality, service and guarantee all of

our products. We only use the finest quality ingredients.

Our products are hand made and our cheesecakes are the

creamiest and smoothest cheesecakes you are likely to try

anywhere in Perth. We are confident that you will not be

disappointed.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Please place orders before 4.00pm Monday-Friday and 11am

Saturday for Monday morning delivery. All of our products are

baked daily and we guarantee freshness and quality of the

product. Deliveries for wholesale customers are made from

Monday to Saturday with a minimum order of $65.00 inclusive

of GST. Any order less than $65.00 will incur a delivery fee of

$7.00. Deliveries to the public are $15.

AFTER HOUR SERVICES

As our products are made fresh, there may be a small risk that

part of your order cannot be met. If this is ever to occur, we

will notify you as soon as possible to rectify the problem. If

there are any questions that may arise, please do not hesitate

to contact us and our staff will only be too happy to assist you.

ACCOUNT TERMS

To enable us to keep our costs down, our accounts have

trading terms of 7 days from the end of the month. Accounts

outstanding 7 days or more from our trading terms will incur

a 5% charge. A $2.50 fee will apply to any reminder notices

sent regarding overdue payment of the account. No discounts

will apply on outstanding amounts. Payments can be made via

Cheque, Direct Debit or Cash.Credit Card payments will incur

a 2.5% charge. Please check your order on delivery. No credits

will be given after 48 hours.

SHOP HOURS

We have a wholesale direct to public store at the front of our

factory where you can purchase items in the catalogue.

Shop hours are:

Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 1pm

BLACK FOREST Chocolate sponge layered with sugar syrup and Kirsch flavouring, white mousse and dark sweet cherries.

ORANGE & ALMOND A moist, country style orange and almond cake made from juicy local oranges. 12” only.

CHOCOLATA - NEW Our secret flourless chocolate cake recipe! A moist cocoa chocolate cake, covered in a delicious chocolate ganashe and cocoa.
