DID YOU KNOW?The loading area facing the track is closed to exhibitors until 11:30 am due to safety reasons. You will not be allowed in this area before 11:30 am.

Exhibitor Set-Up9 am to 4 pm- No loading of skids or crates before 11:30am. All exhibits must be completed by 4 pm.

Exhibitor Tear-Down8:30 pm to 10 pm

A fork lift will ONLY be provided between the hours of 11:30 to 3:30 for set-up. Please make sure your booth materials have arrived by then. The forklift will be available for tear down from 8 pm to 10 pm.

The Race Track will store your booth materials up to two days before the show. Ship to the below address and mark “ATTN: ASPE Product Show” WITH your booth number.

The Houston Chapter provides a Hospitality Suite for the convenience of all Exhibitors and Committee Officials. Ask any Product Show Officials for the location when you setup.

Hospitality Suite Hours:12 pm to 4 pm

Exhibitors and Show Officials onlyThe Hospitality Suite closes once the Show begins.

Drink Ticket Price:$9 per ticket

FoodBuffet Style

Drink TicketsAll beverages sold during the show will be purchased using Drink Tickets. Exhibitors can purchase drink tickets before and throughout the show. Drink Tickets are an excellent way to entertain your customers visiting the show. To purchase drink tickets before the show, go to the main Registration Booth at the entrance.

A buffet of hors d'oeuvre will be located at the north side of the building. The tables will be refilled throughoutthe Show.

Door PrizesWantedEach attendee will be given a door prize ticket at registration. Two types of Door Prizes will be awarded at the show. All Prizes are for attendees only and not for Exhibitors or Vendors.

» Exhibitor supplied Door Prizes will be awarded to show attendees throughout the show. Ifyou have committed to provide a Door Prize, please write the door prize on the back ofyour business cards and give the cards to the Product Show Door Prize Booth the day ofthe show. Keep the Door Prize at your booth. Winners will be directed to your booth topick up the Door Prize. It's not too late to provide a door prize. Simply bring one to theshow and follow the above instructions.

o Grand Prizes will be given away by the Houston Chapter and the main GrandPrize will be given at the end of the show.
