All food and beverage and audio visual charges are subject to a Service Charge (currently 24%) and applicable
state and local taxes (currently 8.875%). All meeting room rental fees are subject to a service charge (currently
24%) and applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.875% and $2.00 occupancy tax per room). Of the current
24% Service Charge applied on food and beverage total and room rental fees, 15% is distributed as a gratuity to
Servers and Bartenders who serve your function; 9% of the Service Charge is used by the Hotel to offset
administrative and other expenses associated with your function. The current 24% Service Charge on audio visual
fees and, when food and beverage is not contracted for, on room rental fees is not a gratuity and is fully applied to
the Hotel.
