Our commercial services offer a variety of different options for you to choose from, whether it is a small networking function, a club night or a conference encompassing a number of days.

Rubix The largest night time venue in Surrey with a capacity of 1,550 people spread out over two rooms and featuring four bars this makes the venue ideal for a large club night or indeed any form of live entertainment, below is full live technical specification.

As well as being a fantastic live venue, Rubix can also cater for Forum’s, networking events and conferences. With catering options, our com-mercial team has a fantastic knowledge of entertainment and are no strangers to throwing a huge party for a large number of people.

ChancellorsOnly available during University holidays, this bar has a capacity of 300 and is an ideal venue for receptions, parties and live entertainment. The venue offers a large bar, spacious dancefloor and a staged area perfect for a live band or a DJ. The venue is a popular bar restaurant and there are a number of different catering options to make your night a success.

Make it a night to remember

The Living Room A 180 capacity venue that would be ideal for any meeting or conference with long conference tables as well as smaller round break away tables in different areas of the room.

The space includes a LCD projector, high speed Wi-Fi connection, flip charts and multiple LCD screens.

The Living Room serves as a kitchen during University term time, so catering is delivered with ease.

Whether it’s for a professional conference with work colleagues or a reception for friends, we aim to deliver the highest quality food at a price that fits your budget. It goes without saying that use quality ingredients to produce quality food. Our dedicated chefs havecollaborated to produce sample menus below.

The Buffet and sample menus can be requested and cost between £6.00 and £12.00 per head.

Each individual function is catered for the individual if you have suggestions then please feel free to contact us with what you would like to have for your function.
