1. Face a mirror. 2. Sit down. 3. Grab a hand mirror.

Check your face, ears, neck, chest and belly. Women, look under both breasts.

Check underarms, arms, the tops and palms of hands, between fingers and under fingernails.

Check the front of your thighs, shins, tops of your feet, between toes and under toenails.

Check the bottoms of your feet, calves and the backs of both thighs.

Check your buttocks, genital area, lower and upper back, and the back of the neck and ears.

Part your hair and check your scalp.
