Transcript of Wisconsin Representation And Access Disparity

Separate and Unequal

A story of unbalanced representation and unequal

access.

Small, rural schools in the State of Wisconsin are not always represented on major statewide taskforces may

not be afforded the same access to specific kinds of expertise.

When examined more closely, it appears as if representation and access to expertise are only

present in schools operating in wealthy counties with low child poverty.
