FAQ’s
Deposits: We ask for £1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding day. Following this we ask for 50% the remaining balance to be paid 6 months prior and the final balance but no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. Deposits can be made at any time if you would like to reduce your final balance. We understand that everyone funds their Wedding’s differently.
Set Up: We know how exciting it is to start setting up your wedding. However the venue is only secured from the time stated on your contract.
Extras: We know that the extra items are still as important on your wedding day. We have a great recommended suppliers list to help you find your perfect suppliers. We also have a list of additional extras that you can hire through the Hotel.
Registrar: We make your initial booking with the registrar. You will then receive an information pack via the post. There is a small booking fee to pay, this will confirm your date then any additional costs, final payment and details will be organised solely between yourselves and the registrar.
Suppliers: We have amazing recommended suppliers however as a venue we do not object to you using external suppliers for your wedding day. We would require a copy of their public liability insurance and pact testing certificate. Please note the Hotel does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of any items brought into the Hotel.
Fireworks: We are not licenced to let off fireworks on site, however if you arrange directly with a company to let fireworks off on the beach you're more than welcome to do so. Please do let us know so we can inform any Hotel guests at the time.
Corkage: No wines, spirits, food or beverages may be brought into the Hotel or grounds by or on behalf of the client.

12 Months:
- Book in for your show round with our weddingconsultant
- Take home our wedding brochure
- Wait for your quote following your initial show round
- Want to go ahead? Ask to hold your date and confirmwith a deposit of £1000.00 (Non-refundable)
- Return your signed terms and conditions andceremony form (if your tying the knot here with us!)
- Wait for your official confirmation and room bookingcode.
- Start thinking about suppliers, why not have a lookthrough our recommended suppliers list!
6 Months:
- Pay your 50% balance
- Book in for your menu tasting
- Book in a meeting with your wedding consultant totouch base on your current plans
- Finalise numbers and get those invites in the post!
- Start thinking about your table plan.Who will sit with who?
- Think about your music, do you want to create aplaylist for background music during your weddingbreakfast?
- Start to think about your ceremony music
2 Months:
- Book in your final details meeting with yourwedding consultant
- Gather all your final numbers
- Make a note of any dietary requirements
- Confirm suppliers and hired items
- Confirm your menu options
- Liaise with suppliers on set up times
1 Month:
- Send your table plan to your wedding consultantlisting any dietary or special requirements
- Pay your final balance
- Read through your final event sheet sent by yourwedding consultant
- Need to run through the day again? Book in a finalmeeting with your wedding consultant!
