1. Submission Document approach for
assessment
- The applicant produces the Submission Document in a pre determined format
(51 pages)
- Assessment and site visit by trained assessors

2. On Site Materials assessment approach The Organisation completes an Introduction document of 5 to 6 pages
Two Assessors/Facilitators will be appointed to assess the organisation
1 day awareness and planning visit at applicant site with the assessor team
6 weeks later 1 week visit for assessment of relevant materials and interviews with members of the organisation

3. On Site Assessment Workshop approach
The Organisation completes an Introduction document of 5 to 6 pages
Two Assessors/Facilitators will be appointed to assess the organisation
1 day awareness and planning visit at applicant site with the assessor team
6 weeks later 1.5 day self-assessment workshop
with the management team
Subsequent 4 days site visit
