•Vendor still expects to complete fabrication of first magnet before Christmas•Unit #1 cold mass assembly is ready to install in vacuum vessel, cold mass supp’ts load tested•Other Unit #1 progress: vacuum vessel, thermal shield and support stands fabrication complete•Winding of 2nd magnet including banding complete•Installation of quench protection system and instrumentation in 2nd magnet is under way•Cryocooler testing conducted by Bert Wang and Mike Green is to be complete this week
