approve January 9, 2020 minutes.Motion carried.The board discussed the changes tothe Commercial Feedlot ordinance,Administrator Jenrich explained thattwo people from the state were hereto go through our current ordinanceand helped with the changes thatneeded to be added. The board willvote on these changes at the Aprilmeeting. Jenrich told the board ifthere was anything they wanted ad-ded or changed to let her know.Jenrich also wanted to let the boardknow about a violation of the Devel-opment Code and that there may beother things coming up with it so theyknow ahead of time. It was to dealwith some grain bins that were builttoo close to the road which is actuallya state highway and also the binsmay be within the state right a way toso Jenrich is waiting on the state tolet her know how they will be hand-ling this, this will probably be broughtto the board again at the April meet-ing.No building permits were present tobe reviewed.Motion by Legge, seconded byRoorda to adjourn the meeting.
