No bids will be ac- cepted after 2:00 pm. The scopes of work for which we are accepting bids are for Bid Package 1: SURVEYING, CONSTRUCTION MA- TERIAL TESTING, TEMPORARY FENCING, BUILDING CONCRETE, PRECAST CONCRETE, STRUC- TURAL STEEL SUPPLY, STRUC- TURAL STEEL INSTALLATION, GLUE-LAMINATED CONSTRUC- TION, DAMPROOFING & WATER- PROOFING, ELEVATORS, FIRE- PROTECTION (DESIGN ASSIST) , MECHANICAL (DESIGN ASSIST) , ELECTRICAL (DESIGN ASSIST) , MASS EXCAVATION & BACKFILL, STRUCTURAL EXCAVATION, PILE FOUNDATIONS, SITE UTILITIES. If not, the bid will be rejected and the contract awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. The Bid Proposal Form and Scope of Work should be filled out correctly. Motion carried. The board discussed the changes to the Commercial Feedlot ordinance, Administrator Jenrich explained that two people from the state were here to go through our current ordinance and helped with the changes that needed to be added. The board will vote on these changes at the April meeting. Jenrich told the board if there was anything they wanted ad- ded or changed to let her know. Jenrich also wanted to let the board know about a violation of the Devel- opment Code and that there may be other things coming up with it so they know ahead of time. It was to deal with some grain bins that were built too close to the road which is actually a state highway and also the bins may be within the state right a way to so Jenrich is waiting on the state to let her know how they will be hand- ling this, this will probably be brought to the board again at the April meet- ing. No building permits were present to be reviewed. Motion by Legge, seconded by Roorda to adjourn the meeting. Mo- tion carried, meeting adjourned.
