Enter Customer Data

Enter Vehicle Data• Type in VIN, click decode.

AudaVIN will work if it is enabled on your Audatex Estimating Account. Sometimes it will return paint codes.

• You can take a picture and upload a VIN Barcode. The picture will be scanned.

• If VIN isn’t available, click “Show More Options” to manually enter vehicle data.

Verify Options

• If AudaVIN returns VIN info, the vehicle options will be selected for you.

• If AudaVIN is not enabled or if the VIN is not in the database, these options should be verified to ensure more accurate part pricing

Select Point of Impact

Images

• If Imaging is enabled on your Audatex Estimating Account, you can take pictures and attach them to the estimate in Mobile Damage Capture.

• When we export this Damage info, these pictures will be included when the estimate is accessed in Audatex Estimating.

Replace, Repair or R&ILeft Side, Right Side, or Both

3D Graphics - Color Coded (Orange is Aluminum), Zoom In or Out, Rotate Image, Select Parts

Review and Submit• Review All Info

Entered. • Make Changes if

Necessary.• If Correct, Click

Submit. Once Submitted, the file can’t be edited inside of Mobile Damage Capture.

View Preliminary Subtotal

• From the List, Click Green Check Mark to See Pre-Estimate Total.

• This will now Automatically show up in the work list in Audatex Estimating

Email a Copy to the Customer

CLAIM # MUST BE UNIQUE EVERYTIME. FOR NON-INSURANCE CLAIMS, USE CUSTOMER
