• Covering five (5) of most relevant EIA reports (Format in Appendix 2)

• Applicants are entitled to appeal in writing and must be received by Secretariat within 1 month from date of rejection letter issued by DOE

• Processing fee of RM500 (USD 150) for EIA Consultant application and RM300 (USD 85) for Subject Consultant and Assistant Consultant

• No minimum number of EIA Reports

11.0 REGISTRATION UPGRADE

• Assistant Consultant needs to submit fresh application under EIA Consultant category

• Subject Specialist may apply to be registered as EIA Consultant after fulfilling

• Registered consultants and potential applicants are required to attend EIA Induction Course and other relevant trainings

• In 2009, a total of 7 courses have been conducted; and attended by about 300 consultants
