CAMPUSES ALL AROUND THE WORLD
Through learning and networking activities, we aim at conveying the Danone Values in a useful and enjoyable way. Our distinctive model of Danone Campus is a unique place to learn, share & network with Danoners at all level from various CBUs. It is also an opportunity for cross-functional workshops and spread awareness about the Group’s strategy. Every year, about 10 worldwide events are organized with more than 300 participants per Campus. And since 2015, Danone Academy launched the Campus for All events opened to the 100.000 Danoners. The two first Campuses for All took place in Mexico and in Jogyakarta and gathered over 18.000 people.

• Nominate and mobilize the internal trainers
• Ensure roll out in regions with appropriate sponsorship of
WWBU/region
The Learning & Development Committees
are composed by Functions’ Vice Presidents as well as Danoners from CBU/CBS
will combine the competencies of each Function in order to build
the competencies development & learning strategies
to support business transformation and people growth for every Danoners.
