Days turn into weeks and Lucy continues to grow and make progress. She suffers with reflux so is started on Carobel, something I grow to know well! The staff are always so pleased with how well she tolerates feeds and the weight she puts on…

HEY! is an Early Years community health improvement project created in partnership with Danone, Wiltshire Council, 4Children and CHLF.

HEY!'s ambition is to improve the health outcomes and life-chances of young children. Delivered in children's centres, HEY! focuses particularly on the most vulnerable families and for many of the parents attending the programme, it represents their first steps back into learning. To date, HEY! has reached more than 600 families across the UK, to find out more search for 'Hey! Healthy Eating for Young Children' on Google.

CASE STUDY: GAME, SET, MATCHFor my first rotation on the Graduate Scheme I’ve worked in Sales for Waters on the Tesco and Asda accounts. One of the biggest events of the year for Evian is Wimbledon as we sponsor the event. As a result we work hard to ensure we have a big store presence during Wimbledon through in-store activation. As part of my role I managed the field team relationship and co-ordinated the activity to ensure our products were everywhere in-store and within Wimbledon village. I also got the opportunity to go to Wimbledon with our customers which was an amazing experience!

CASE STUDY: INSPIRING FUTURE DANONERSAs part of the Graduate Scheme, we were tasked with working on a community project. Our concept was to deliver workshops to local sixth form students on skills such as teamwork, leadership and commercial acumen, with the aim to inspire them in preparation for the working world. We successfully delivered these to 120 students in London and near Bath and, after setting a New Product Development challenge, a winning team was chosen to attend work experience in Danone HQ.

CASE STUDY: FROM CONCEPT TO SHELFDuring my first few months with Danone, I was tasked with managing the operational co-ordination behind a launch of 3 new products. I was empowered to visit our factories in Europe to discuss the project timeline and develop strong working relationships with my contacts. I was responsible for managing different functions and ensuring the products were delivered to retailers within time and budget constraints.

CASE STUDY: HEALTH & WELLBEING STARTS FROM WITHINAs part of my role I look for new initiatives to improve employee health and wellbeing. We have excellent internal nutritional expertise within the business, especially around the subject of early life nutrition and want to share that knowledge with our employees. I worked with our Nutritionists and Dietitians in the Science and Innovation team to launch Maternal Nutrition Support for pregnant and breastfeeding employees and their partners to help give their children the best start in life.

If your application is successful, we will invite you to complete SHL reasoning tests. These consist of a 25 minute numerical test and a 19 minute verbal test.

These tests measure your ability to reason with numbers and to draw logical conclusions from written information.

We aim to let you know if you have been successful at this stage of the process within seven days of you taking the tests.

We want to get to know you better! The next stage in our recruitment process is the video interview. We will be looking for your strengths in communication through 3 questions, designed to understand more about what drives you and your understanding of Danone.

The first step in our selection process is to apply online with your CV and cover letter. We will also screen you on the key application criteria. On top of this, we would love to hear more about your passion for our mission for health and what this means to you, along with your thoughts on why you believe Danone is the right company for you to pursue your career.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend this intense yet highly rewarding assessment centre. Our leadership academy will provide you with the opportunity to really stand out from the crowd as well as allowing you to fully experience what it’s like to work at Danone.

The event will comprise valuable workshops, group activities, interviews and key networking opportunities, all of which will require you to draw upon different strengths and skills. Upon completion of the academy, we will offer successful candidates a place on one of our graduate programmes. Full feedback will be provided to everybody who attends the Danone Leadership Academy.
