COVID-19 Quick Configuration Guide
This guide provides basic instructions for setting up and configuring VOCSN. It includes initial settings that can be used and modified as needed to begin treatment of patients suffering from the symptoms associated with COVID-19.
These basic setup instructions are intended for use in an emergency response situation. In-depth clinical instructions are available online at VentecLife.com/VOCSNmanual.
1 CONNECT FILTER AND PATIENT CIRCUITThe example graphic below shows how to set up an Active circuit type.
Note: If there’s also an O2 tube with your circuit, connect it to the “O2” port under the bacterial filter. (You can still deliver oxygen without one.)
