2010-2011 For parishioners of the four parishes, there are two
Tuition Rate Schedules, one for participating families and one for non-participating families.
Although each pastor will determine the specific criteria for being designated as a participating family, it is expected that participating families are at least attending Mass on a weekly basis and they are financially supporting their parish.

As a sign of goodwill, and in the hope that all of our Catholic families will be participating in the life of their respective parish, the pastors have agreed to consider all their families as participating families for the 2010-2011 school year.
In effect, the pastors are granting a grace period of one year for the currently non-participating families to receive the benefit of the Participating Families’ Tuition Rate Schedule.

Parish Each Parish may possibly be able to
provide some type of scholarship assistance based on financial need and a family’s active participation within the worshiping community.
Parents are asked to contact their respective pastor regarding this possible assistance.

Tuition is be paid over a 10 month period beginning on July 1st.
Tuition will be due on the first day of each month from July to April.

Each Family is required to participate in fund raising activities so as to generate a net amount of $300 to supplement their family’s tuition.
Some fund raising activities will net approximately 50% and other activities will net 100%.

Commissions earned from the St. Frances
Cabrini Pot of Gold Program and the commissions earned from the Scrip Programs of Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph the Worker can be applied toward the fund raising requirement or tuition.
