WHY MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX 2009?
“The software challenges of today are less about getting access to
the information people need, and more about making sense of the
information they have.”
Bill Gates, Chairman Microsoft Corporation
DYNAMICS AX SIMPLIFIES TASKS BY INTEGRATING PROCESS TOOLS WITH
PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS
Microsoft Dynamics AX is an integration of the user experience of Microsoft
Office with the user experience of business process applications, in a way that is
familiar and easy to use for the end user, and built around the way people in the
company work.
This means that Organizations no longer have to deal with two distinct worlds
of software applications, namely:
1. Business process automation software: software that automates
processes in areas like accounting, sales, and production.
2. Personal productivity software: the tools that we all use daily —
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, and the Web.
DYNAMICS AX USES A UNIQUE ROLES BASED APPROACH
Microsoft Dynamics AX roles-based approach is targeted around the specific jobs
people do, helping drive company-wide productivity, and changing the way that
businesses and their employees work, for the better.
DYNAMICS AX IS A HIGHLY FAMILIAR SOFTWARE THAT FITS INTO MICROSOFT’S
TECHNOLOGY
Because Microsoft Dynamics AX works like familiar Microsoft software such as
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX has less of a learning curve, so people
can get up and running quickly and focus on what is most important.
Microsoft Dynamics AX and products such as Microsoft SQL work together
seamlessly.
DYNAMICS AX OVERVIEW
ZIITRICS SOLUTIONS proposes the implementation of Dynamics AX software
solution which includes Systems Design, Customisation, Testing, and Deployment
of the solution. We equally will be there to provide the Post–Deployment support
& Maintenance.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 is a completely integrated ERP solution that uses:
one business logic
one source code
one database
one toolbox
It can also be configured with Web-enabled interface and supports the leading
database management systems that include Microsoft SQL Server® and Oracle
databases. With the customizable source code, the solution can be modified
however and whenever needed.
Designed to run on the Microsoft Windows Server® 2003 operating system,
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 provides customers the enhanced security,
connectivity, scalability, and support required for today's business environment.

Project Methodology
Implementing mission-critical business applications is a complex and highly
challenging task. The key to a successful implementation and integration project
is to manage the application and infrastructure changes as part of an integrated
project plan. A comprehensive methodology is the key to managing those
changes in a consistent and efficient manner. [THE CUSTOMER] must embrace a
proven, structured method to guide the implementation, manage risk, and avoid
missteps. Within this structured framework, however, the method must be flexible
enough for the implementation effort to be tailored to the specific and unique
needs of [THE CUSTOMER].

application integration effort such as the [THE CUSTOMER] project, in which many
participants are involved simultaneously, where critical functional
interdependencies exist and where varied technologies are to be incorporated
