Pre-Work Term:• All Lakehead Co-op students participate

in mandatory preparation sessions to help prepare them for their work terms

• The Co-op & Employer Relations Offi cer works with students and employers to ensure students engage in productive work approved for their level of experience

During Work Term:• Student work term performance is monitored

by the Co-op & Employer Relations Offi cer, and students are supervised and evaluated by the participating co-operative employer

Post-Work Term:• Lakehead students must submit work term

reports and performance appraisals, which are reviewed and evaluated after each work term
