Introduction
2nd Carrier on site U0265 was activated on 11/04/2012 andleft on air for Performance Monitoring Purpose.
Besides maintaining the DCR and CSSR at an acceptablelevels, the main goal was to achieve the goal of keepingmost of the Speech traffic on the 1st carrier while pushingHS traffic on the 2nd carrier.
We have tested 3 cases:
TC1: (LSM (F1)=20, LSM (F2)=0, PwrAdm (F1)=75, PwrAdm (F2) =75)
TC2: (IFLoadSharing disabled. To check if our idle mode strategy works (All UEsshould camp on F1) and initiates calls from F1)
TC3: (LSM (F1)=0, LSM (F2)=10, PwrAdm (F1)=50, PwrAdm(F2)=90) In the following slides we will present the result of our tests
from 11/04/2012 to 12/04/2012 on a hourly basis.

Conclusion and Data

Performance Monitoring Purpose. We tested 3 cases:

There was no significant change on CSSR_HS/EUL on both carriers and onboth test cases (TC1 and TC3).
IFLS share for PS services was higher than that of CS services as we hadmuch of HS traffic pushed to F2 on TC1 and TC3. However, on TC3, Speech
traffic was pushed to F2 as well. We are working on this issue. IFHO success rate was good for all sectors.
CounterpmTransmittedCarrierPowerNonHsis still not yet activated.Once activated, it will allow us to know the correct values of the Powerconsumed by R99 services per sector and thus to set accurately thepwrAdm and LoadSharingMargin values per sector.
