POOL DETAILS:" A wall or fence to be erected to prevent access to pool area from adjoiningstands and public areas except through self / closing or self / locking gatesor directly from interior of any building on the same site." Such walls / fence shall between min 1,2m above GR. FL. L openings no biggerthan 100mm dia. and not climbable by a small child." Backwash from pools and spa to connect to sewer.

The radius at the centre line of bend at the foot of discharge stack shallnot be less than 300mm and other bends 600mm." The vertical distance between the invert of the lowest branch discharge pipeconnected to & the invert of the drain at the point of connection of the stack& the drain to be min 500mm." Where any wast or soil branches are connected to a stack the centre line ofthe waste branch shall not intersect the stack within 200mm below the centreline of the soil branch. All waste branches to connect separately to stack." Where a French drain is required, a percolation test shall be executedcomplying with section PP28 of SABS 0400, and the French drain shall runparallel to the contours of the site." HOT WATER SERVICE (SANS 204: 2010)

A minimun of 50% by volume of the annual average hot water heating requirement shall beprovided by means of other than electrical resistance heating.

Solar heating system shall comply with SANS 1307 and SANS 10106. Based on the performancedetermined in accordancee with the provisions of SANS 6211-1 and SANS 6211-2 and theinstallation shal comply with SANS 10254.

Hot water usage shoeld be minimized and the system maintained in accordance with therequirements given in SANS 10252-1.

All exposed pipes to and from the hot water cylinder and central heating system shall be insulatedwith pipe insulation material with an R-value of 100 for 15mm dia. pipe.

Hot water vessels and tanks shall be insulated with a material achieving a minimum R-value of 20.
