Independence Day PatriotismOn July 4th TekPartners employees showcased their patriotism by wearing red, white and blue attire. As a celebration of 240 years of independence, the TekPartners team joined in on some friendly patriotic rivalry, challenging TekPartners’ nationwide offices to send in pictures “showing their patriotism.” As the pictures came in, some offices awarded their most decorated employee for their enthusiasm on the national holiday.

Rapid Response Center Bowling DayAt TekPartners our employees are also our family. This is why we strive to create team bonding activities that help keep our teams connected by having fun. At this year’s Rapid Response Center Bowling Day, the team took to the lanes in unique, and some even handmade, costumes. From ballerinas to superheroes, our team let their creativity loose and competed in a friendly game of bowling.

Leadership EventTeam leaders gathered in mid-July for a two-day TekPartners Leadership Work-shop where they assessed and discussed employee training, new processes and reviewed corporate management best practices. Complete with training plans, HR orientation, and in-depth analyses on management style techniques and more, this leadership event provided company leaders with effective management ap-proaches and events and topics that pro-moted team building.
