COMMON SENSE APPROACH TO ILLNESS PREVENTION With the cold and flu season continuing, we encourage common sense prevention strategies to lessen the likelihood of sharing illnesses. Please be considerate of others, and if you are feeling unwell, it is okay to bow to others at the sign of peace, refrain from receiving the precious blood of Christ, and even to stay home from Mass if you are ill (there are options to view Mass on TV in our viewing area). Please take precautions to ensure your own health and recovery, as well as that of others.
BETHANY HOMES TO DECIDE MASS EACH WEEK Bethany Homes on University Drive is currently restricting visitors as a way to lessen the likelihood of illness coming into their facility. Because of this, they have cancelled all activities, including their Friday Mass. If you typically attend or help with the Friday Mass at Bethany, please plan to call ahead to the St. Anthony’s Parish Office on Friday mornings for the next few weeks to see if Mass is still going to go forward. It will be decided on a week-by-week basis, dependent upon illness risk. Thank you for your understanding.

STEWARDSHIP MOMENT: “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again.” J 4:13 Jesus reminds us that material things, even something as basic as water, can never satisfy us for long. When we build our lives around material possessions we always want more. True Joy and Peace only comes when we follow Jesus; when we become more “God-centered” and less “self-centered”.
