RULES AND GUIDELINES
APPROVAL PROCESS All sponsorship and branding must be approved in writing by HBGCC Event Manager in advance of production and printing. All items can ONLY be rented during contracted dates.
LOCATION APPROVAL Final location approval will be determined by HBGCC Event Manager based on Lessee's contracted space and availability of non-contracted space.
PRODUCTION, INSTALLATION & REMOVAL Lessee is responsible for production, installation and removal of all sponsorship and branding items.
DAMAGES Lessee assumes full responsibility for any repair and replacement cost for damages to convention center property. Facility walk through will be conducted prior to installation and after removal.
GRAPHICS & ARTWORK All graphics and artwork must be approved in advance of production by HBGCC Event Manager. All materials must be appropriate for viewing by all ages to general public.
UNLISTED OPPORTUNITIES Please submit any request for sponsorship and branding items not listed to HBGCC Event Manger for approval. Any convention center property used for sponsorship and branding will be subject to rental fees.
BILLING & QUESTIONS All sponsorship and branding fees will be included on convention center final invoice. Inquiries regarding sponsorship and branding opportunities should be directed to HBGCC Event Manager.
CLING MATERIALS Approved materials for clings are listed in the specification guide. Other materials may be used with HBGCC approval. Materials must be submitted for approval at least two months prior to contracted move-in date.
DEADLINES Lessee must submit plans requesting approval for use of sponsorship and branding items at least two months prior to first contracted move-in date.

Any convention center equipment used for sponsorship & branding will be subject to charge.
HBGCC Event Manager must approve all locations, artwork, and materials prior to production and installation.
Note that any locations that were not pre-approved and used for branding/advertising, the building licensee will be fully responsible for usage charges and any and all damage associated with those specific locations.
