Follow these simple instructions to make a healthy soup or chili with ingredients available to you.

3. If using, prepare grain seperately to mix in before
serving.
5.Cover with liquid. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons total seasoning

6.Set cooker to low for 6 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
