RESERVATIONS
Central Restaurante takes reservations in four-month periods. Each period
opens approximately thirty days prior to the new reservation period. For
example, reservations for the period January to April 2020 opens the 25th of
November 2019, etc.
At this time we are accepting reservations for the period up to and including
the 21st of December 2019. For those between January and April 2020, we
will begin accepting reservations on 25th of November 2019. Our online
reservations system allows you to view available reservations and make your
reservations.
In order to finalize the reservation process, you will be asked to enter your
credit or debit card information. There will be no charge to your card at the
time of making your online reservation. Should you not arrive for your
confirmed reservation, or not cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in
advance of your confirmed reservation, there will be a charge of 35 USD per
person.

We will reply to your request within two business days.
Lunch service begins at 12:45 pm (Monday to Saturday). Dinner service
begins at 7:45 pm (Monday to Saturday).
The restaurant is closed Sundays.

- For each experience we also offer an optional wine pairing, which can also be
requested when making your online reservation.
- We also offer an optional pairing of nectars, infusions, and extracts.
- Prices are quoted in Peruvian Soles and are subject to seasonal change.
- The experience requested will be served to the entire table.
Should a reservation not be available in the dining room on your desired
date, you may reserve an experience in MAYO, our Bar, where we offer an
à la carte menu and cocktails created with products of our biodiversity.
The experiences are available solely in the dining room.
You may download and view our menus from the Menu section of our
website. Or feel free to contact us directly, and we can reply to your
questions.
Should you or any member of your party have a food allergy, dietary
restriction, or intolerance, please make us aware of this so that we may
make adjustments to the menu.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you must cancel your reservation, please alert us by email at
[email protected], or by phone at any of the following
numbers: (+511) 242-8515 from Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
and 2:30 pm. to 6:30 pm.
Please remember you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the reservation
date in order to not incur the cancellation fee of 35 USD per person.
DATES CENTRAL RESTAURANTE IS CLOSED

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
We do not accept reservations for parties of more than six people.
Due to space restrictions we do not have high chairs available.
The validity of the waiting list is until 00:00 hours of the requested date.
Valet parking is available.
