2 Step Validation ProcessSTEP 1: Codes will be generated for each panel number. Codes
would represent information content of 2 rounds for a panel.
FIO to tally the codes and decide if the survey is OK or Not Ok
STEP 2: Machine would run a check on the information captured.
Discrepancy in the content would be marked and made
available in the CRM/Revisit screen.

Action Points HH Records shall not be exported until all completed records are
either marked
~ OK
or ~ NOT OKThe marking of the records is to be done only by the FIO.
HH Records marked as NOT OK remain in the palm & can be
~~ Instantly re-done or revisited by the FTM in the field itself and the
FIO will again have the option to mark them OK or NOT OK
HH Records marked as NOT OK even after instant revisits at the
field, can be uploaded. Such records will be reflected as
REVISIT in the system. These records can be revisited later
