Outcomes  •  Increase  in  complete  assessments  

from  35%  in  2010  to  95%  2012  •  20%  reduc3on  in  admissions  of  

children  with  undifferen3ated  febrile  illness  despite  25%  rise  in  presenta3ons  

•  No  serious  untoward  incidents  and    a  reduc3on  in  communica3on  errors  within  the  department
