What is the secret for
completing the Appendices
Section of the Area Plan?
ANSWER
There is no secret ! The Appendices provide a format to
meet specific requirements in the Older Americans Act and the California Code of Regulations.
Follow the Instructions in the Reference Guide.
Appendices Must use Format provided – for all four years
– download Word Document
All Appendices are required for the four-year plan
Appendix II is required for all four-years
All other Appendices must be resubmitted if changes occur after completion of the original four-year plan
