• IBERINCO (IBERDROLA Ingeniería) will be in charge of the co-ordination and management of the Project.
• OPERA Project has an estimated duration of 48 months.
The project is divided into two phases. Each phase lasts 24 months. The first phase (2004-2005) is funded by the European Commission and has clearly defined objectives.
• OPERA Project has a 20,2 M� presupposed cost, with a financial aid from EC.
