    IBERINCO (IBERDROLA Ingeniera) will be in charge of the co-ordination and management of the Project.

    OPERA Project has an estimated duration of 48 months.

    The project is divided into two phases. Each phase lasts 24 months. The first phase (2004-2005) is funded by the European Commission and has clearly defined objectives.

    OPERA Project has a 20,2 M presupposed cost, with a financial aid from EC.
