• Il n’y a pas de valeur seuil universelle de PAM dans le choc septique etPAM > 65 mmHg est retenue par défaut (évidence modérée)
• Exiger des valeurs plus élevées semble raisonnable chez certainspatients en attendant une approche individuelle
• Le choix de l’agent vasopresseur n’est pas neutre et la NE doit être doitutilisée en première intention
• On ne devrait plus remplir les patients septiques sans tester la réponseau remplissage vasculaire
