OOrganisms without a cell nucleus or any other membrane bound organelle (DNA found in cytoplasm of organism).

OExamples: Bacteria and Achaea.

Eukaryotes

OOrganisms whose cells are organized into complex structures organelles. (DNA found in the nucleus).

OExamples: Plants and Animals
