‘RISE’ - The Official Pre-Show Visitor Magazine of ISE
ISE Fold-Out Floor Plan
For ISE 2011 we will again be printing 30,000 copies of our full colour, A4 Visitor Brochure. This will be a minimum of 36 pages in size, and will be mailed at the beginning of January to all our pre-registered attendees, as well as our recent previous ISE attendees. It will contain the Floor Plans, Conference Schedules, New Product Features and other useful show information. There are two ways to reach our attendees in this publication:
New Product Features We will again have a strong section of New Product Features with no more than five features per page. Presented as news items these are a great way to inform our attendees of your latest product developments. Each entry will incorporate one single image, a heading (of no more than 10 words) and up to 150 words of editorial. 795 € - maximum of 2 per exhibitor.
Advertising Our page plan allows for a limited amount of pages of advertising that we can make available to our exhibitors as follows: Outside Back Cover: 3,995 € Inside Front Cover: 3,295 € Inside Back Cover : 2,795 € Opposite Editorial: 2,495 €
With the show floor growing year on year we find that standard sized publications are simply too small to effectively show our Floor Plan. Therefore we will create 30,000 copies of a fold-out floor plan that will fold-out from A5 to A2 size and these will be inserted into our Visitor Bags that are handed out at registration. They will also be available separately at the show. There are two ways to have a presence in this publication:
Main Sponsor Full page A5 advertisement on the back cover of the Floor Plan Logo on the Floor Plan highlighting your location, and a highlighted exhibitor listing (see below) 3.000 € (1 only available)
Your logo on the Floor Plan Highlighting Your Location With the increased size of the fold-out floor plan it allows us greater scope to highlight specific locations. We will place your logo as near to your stand as possible and flag up your location accordingly so that all exhibitors can immedi- ately see where you are located. Your name will also be in bold on the exhibitor listing on the reverse side, so you will be high lighted on both sides of the Floor plan. 595 € per logo

It’s time to RISE…
Welcome to the fi rst edition of RISE, the offi cial preview magazine of Integra-ted Systems Europe 2010. From 2-4 February 2010, the Amsterdam RAI will once again host a record-breaking tradeshow for Europe’s professional AV and electronic systems integration industry. We expect more exhibiting com-panies, more attendees, more education sessions and more net-working opportunities than ever before, and with so much activity now taking place to vie for visitors’ attention, we felt the need to broaden the scope of our traditi-onal Visitor Brochure into the magazine you hold in your hands now.
Why an offi cial magazine…?
As the pace of innovation in the AV business continues to hot up, the number of companies making major product announcements at ISE just grows and grows. Publishing RISE enables us to throw the spotlight on some of these new products, all of which are new to Europe, some previously unseen anywhere in the world. Of course, in a magazine such as this, we can never hope to cover every new product launch that will be on offer in Amsterdam. For one thing, space is limited. And for another, some exhibitors prefer to keep their latest developments under wraps until the show itself. But we hope we have been able to assemble a package of product news that whets your appetite, and gives you a fl avour of the event to come.
Why RISE…?
Since its launch in 2004, Integrated Systems Europe has soared in importance, in parallel with our continent’s AV industry. Our event has helped to drive growth by providing a platform for the forging of new business partnerships, as well as giving our exhibitors an unrivalled market to which they can promote their solutions. ISE 2009 broke all records just as the economic storm clouds were gathering, and I believe that ISE 2010 will have a similarly positive effect on the AV business climate in Europe. Our industry is creative, hard-working and, through the ingenuity of its engineers and designers, able to embrace new opportunities presented by technology and market trends alike. As the economic climate warms up again, we are poised to ‘RISE’ to the occasion.
Why ISE 2010…?
There has always been far more to Integrated Systems Europe than a tradeshow, and this year is no exception. On the following pages you’ll fi nd full programme details of our second DOOH Business Conference – which, as last year, begins on the day before ISE itself. There’s also a day-by-day guide to education sessions, an outline of some of the show fl oor’s special features, and a few points worth noting about Amsterdam, a city that has proved itself to be such an agreeable host for our industry.

Aisle Banners, Floor Stickers and Pop Ups
Digital Signage Advertising on RAI Live!
The Aisle Banners are double sided, 1m wide x 3m high, and will be suspended from the Hall ceiling at key visual points around the show floor. The bottom 1m square will be used to help visitors navigate the show by showing the Hall number and aisle, whilst the top 1m wide x 2m high on both sides is available for your advertising message. Aisle Banners - 995 € each or 5 for 4,495 €
The Floor Stickers are diamond shaped, 1m x 1m in size, and will be located at key strategic positions and offer a clear and very visual branding opportunity on the show floor. On the top half we will have ISE branding and we will display the Hall and Aisle number, and on the bottom you can have your advertising message - a half diamond area about 1.4m x 1m x 1m. Floor Stickers: 595 € each or 5 for 2,675 €
The Pop Ups are 1m wide x 2m high and are available to purchase in key locations around the show. Limited in their availability they will be placed in generic areas such as the cafes, walkways, lounge areas and at the entrance to the Halls. Pop Ups: 595 € each or 5 for 2,675 €

In the tenancy area taken by ISE, the RAI has over 600 Digital Signage screens and many will be used for signposting and instruction. However over 250 will be used for our content, as well as exhibitor advertising. The screens are located at all key visual points on the show floor as well as catering areas, meeting rooms etc..., offering you maximum expo-sure to all attendees. We again expect that the uptake will be strong, therefore please ensure to book early. Pricing is as follows:

Visitor Badges
This is an exclusive opportunity to have your logo in full colour on the front of all our Visitor Badges (please note this ex-cludes exhibitor badges). Your logo will be situated at the top of the Badge, next to the ISE logo and will be highly visible on every Visitor Badge through the duration of the show. This is highly sought after so please contact ISE by return.8,000 € (1 only available)
All attendees will be offered a show bag with a Show Guide, a Floor Plan and other useful information already pre-packed into it. There is the option to sponsor these bags and to have your logo visible on both sides of the bag for the duration of the show on every stand, in every aisle, at every Café, and even in and around Amsterdam! Within the bags we offer li-mited opportunities to include a flyer or a small branded item. A great way to reach all our attendees… Options as follows:
Visitor Bag Sponsorship Your logo, printed in full colour, printed on both sides of 25,000 of the ISE canvas Visitor Bags. We will source and produce the bags and print your logo on all the bags. 17,000 € (1 only available)
Insertion of a Single Item A flyer, a pen, a badge or even a packet of mints, you can purchase the right to have your branded item placed into a minimum of 5,000 of our 25,000 Visitor Bags. 295 € / 1,000 bags – maximum of 5 different inserts in any one bag
Insertion of a Branded Notepad Again, our minimum order will be for 5,000 bags, and only one note pad will be inserted into each bag. Please note you will need to meet the production costs of the notepads, and the size must be no greater than A5, with a maximum of 50 sheets. 325 € / 1,000 notepads – maximum of 1 notepad in any one bag

If there is anything else you feel might enhance the area i.e. Mouse mats, note pads, pens etc…, please discuss this with us and we will work with you to help increase your branding and also improve the Internet Café facilities. Please note any changes to the above package must be approved by ISE. 6,000 € each or 10,000 € for both sites (2 only available)
ISE 2010 again saw us have two Internet Cafes, and they were certainly needed, in fact they were busy all day every day! For ISE 2011 we will again have two Internet Cafes for our attendees to use free of charge, one in Hall 5 covering Halls 1-5, and the other in Hall 10 covering Halls 10 and 11. Each Internet Café sponsorship package includes the following:
All journalists will have unlimited access to our Press Room where there is wireless internet, refreshments, exhibitor literature etc… It’s a quiet room for the members of the Press that allows them all the opportunity to send the very latest show reports to their specific media. This exclusive package includes the following:

DOOH Conference
The first ISE Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) Conference was held in 2009 and was a tremendous success. 2010 saw further growth and further industry recognition of the strength of this event. At ISE 2011 the DOOH Conference will be a focused 1 day event held on Monday 31st January. We will again expect a highly targeted group of delegates from specific professions relevant to digital signage. Hosted Buyer Programme
To further enhance your presence at ISE 2011 we are delighted to offer you at least two structured Hosted Buyer Programmes designed to offer you an exclusive opportunity to have access to a focused group of buyers that have not been to ISE before. These are limited in their availability and are being offered to all exhibitors on the understanding that we need a suitable balance of products from our sponsors.
There are already 2 Hosted Buyer Programmes confirmed for ISE 2011. These both ran at ISE 2010 and were tremend-ously successful for all parties concerned. Both groups will again be offered free travel and accommodation, and will be looked after for the time that they are at ISE 2010. Please note that other Programmes may come on line at a later date. The ISE UK Hosted Buyer Programme Working with SCHOMS (The Standing Conference for Heads of Media Services) we expect at least 50 buyers on Tuesday and Wednesday. SCHOMS is the pro fessional body for heads of services working within the UK Higher Education sector.
The ISE German Hosted Buyer Programme Working with ‘The Professionals’, a group of the leading, and most proactive German integrators, will be at ISE on Thursday. This group will be made up of architects, planners, consultants and public-sector facility managers, and we expect in excess of 100 buyers to attend.
We are still in the process of fine tuning the sponsorship structure and the costs so please contact us to discuss the details further, however in return for sponsorship we will offer you a package similar to the following:
A 30 minute afternoon industry themed presentation that is related to your product. This will be held in the Europa Complex at the RAI.
