KUESIONER SEGMENTASI KONSUMEN DAN PENGARUH KUALITAS
LAYANAN, BAURAN PEMASARAN, DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN
TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMENDEPOT MAKANAN
TRADISIONAL INDONESIA DI SURABAYA
Kami dari Program Studi Teknik Industri dan Manajemen Perhotelan Universitas Kristen
Petra sedang melakukan penelitian tentang Segmentasi Konsumen dan Pengaruh Kualitas
Layanan, Bauran Pemasaran, dan Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen
Depot Makanan Tradisional Indonesia di Surabaya. Kuesioner dibagi menjadi enam
bagian, yaitu profil responden, segmentasi konsumen, aspek kualitas layanan, aspek
bauran pemasaran, aspek kepuasan konsumen, dan aspek loyalitas konsumen. Responden
diminta untuk mengisi pernyataan-pernyataan yang ada pada kuesioner ini dengan
sejujurnya. Responden yang dimaksud adalah konsumen depot makanan tradisional
Indonesia di Surabaya. Hasil kuesioner hanya akan digunakan untuk kepentingan
penelitian ini.
