Recipe of the month – La Croccante
INGREDIENTS AND … TOOLS
● 250 g almonds;
● 250 g sugar;
● An alluminium frying pan
● A rolling pin
● A wooden spoon
● Greaseproof paper
HOW TO ...
● Put almonds in the frying pan
● Add sugar
● Cook them on a slow heat and mix
● When the sugar is brown pour the mix on the paper
● Spread it until you have only one layer of almonds
● Allow the Croccante to cool
