• Developed by Holley and Dansereau in 1984

Definition

“A knowledge map is a presentation of one or

more aspects of the knowledge available within an

organization that aims to fulfill a specific need for

one or more employee roles within the

organization.” (Driessen, 2007)

Types of Knowledge Maps
