Christmas PastChristmas celebration seems like a daily
event at the Lodge. Many community
groups come to visit and recreation staff
are kept busy organizing unit parties.
Often our residents are tucked into bed
with jingle bells still ringing in their ears,
not to mention the extra treats they get
along with the festivities.
Musicians such as Mario and Friend got
everyone's toes tapping.
Jason, Alisha and Tim are serving up

Christmas Dinner Served Over 170
Happy Residents and Family
The Lodge held a Christmas dinner for
residents and their families on Sunday,
December 13. This is a very special event,
where relatives can join their Resident for
a meal and have a lovely and traditional
Christmas dinner with them. The
Nutrition Care staff decorated the Tea
Betty Greico with her family and friends.Room in the most festive way. There was
joyful chatter and the only complaint was
that there was too much food.
The menu consisted of traditional turkey
and tourtiere, homemade stuffing and all
the trimmings. The desserts were worth
saving room for with choices such as
cheese cake, apple pie and pumpkin pie.
Bill Jarvis and Louisette shared a table with
Douglas and Mary Murray.
The event was made possible by many Mrs. Greta Dillabough, seated at the end of dedicated dietary staff. Here are a few the table, enjoyed her dinner with her working in the front line: April Angus, family.
