Blessed Mother Statue
Infant Jesus Parish parishioners are
invited to schedule a visit to your home
from our beautiful statue of Our Blessed
Mother. The statue is protected by a
hand-crafted wooden case and clear
Plexiglas cover (designed and built by Tom Mull-
holland). The statue includes rosaries and a special
prayer card.
To schedule a week with our Blessed Mother
statue, contact Patti Graham at (856) 905-4646. The
protective case is designed with a carry handle at
the top, but it is a bit heavy to carry. If you need
assistance loading the statue into your vehicle, or
even delivering it to your home, please let us know
and arrangements will be made to assist with the
delivery and return to the Church.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Together with the whole Church we joyfully celebrate Easter, the essence of our faith, the tri-
umph of Jesus over death, the pledge of our own resurrection. Our Lord Jesus is indeed living
and acting in our lives. Every one of us can testify to this since we have experienced Jesus’ presence and his
healing touch in times of illness and hurt, his comfort in times of sorrow and pain, his peace in times of trou-
ble and fear, and his strength in times of despair and uncertainty. As the Apostles’ faith in the resurrection of
Christ was based on the “empty tomb” and the various appearances of the Risen Christ, our belief in the Ris-
en Christ is based on the Apostles’ testimonial witnesses and also on our daily experiences of his acting pres-
ence in our lives and the lives of others. Easter is not for the sake of Christ but rather for our sake, since, as
God, Jesus would never die, as he said: “I have the power to lay it down, I also have the power to raise it
up”. Therefore; by virtue of Jesus’s resurrection, we are now the Easter people, the people of living faith and
living hope in eternal life gained for us by the Risen Christ. We should not let our sinful nature direct our
lives any longer, instead let the Light of the Risen Christ shine upon us and lead us. As Easter people, we
should not live our lives as if there is no life eternal. We should not let anything separate us from the love of
the Risen Christ so that eternal death will not reclaim our eternal life paid by the blood of Christ. Let this
Easter serve as a wake up call of our own mortality and also a reminder of the need of immortality in the
Risen Christ. -Fr. Joe Pham
Happy Easter to all

woven the story of Your love into our hearts and
minds and every part of our beings.
You have shown us how to live in Your love,
and you taught us that whatever we do for the least
of your sisters and brothers, we do unto You.
We ask that the work that we do in service to
your least ones be our prayer. May it show our
gratitude for all your gifts and express our love for
You in return.
Help us to love ardently, share in Your suffering
joyfully, and serve You wholeheartedly in our sis-

ACCEPTING THE GIFT
April 27 - Mater Ecclesiae, Berlin
‘Accepting the Gift’ is the first conference created
with Catholic parents of special needs children in
mind. The organizers understand first hand the
struggles, and blessing, of special needs parenting,
and the unique gifts Catholics bring to the special
needs conversation.
By combining a live, in person event, with the
latest in live streaming and video hosting,
CPSNCC aims to connect those in need of support
and community to talks and resources that speak to
our unique experience as Catholic special needs
families.
Join us in Berlin, NJ, or join us online as we
stream all our speakers live from the venue. In
addition to our four speakers, ticket holders will
get a continental breakfast & lunch, opportunity
to attend Mass, Adoration and confession, access
to a library of recorded talks and resources targeted
to the specific challenges of various disabilities and
diagnosis. To purchase tickets or for more infor-

KENOSIS PRISON MINISTRY
“For I was in prison and you visited me.” (Matthew 23:36) - The purpose of the Kenosis Prison Ministry is
to establish strong Christian communities among the populations at correctional institutions. As members of
the Church and part of the Body of Christ, please keep in your prayers the residents and team members as
they gather for a Christian retreat behind the walls at New Jersey State Prison, Trenton, New Jersey on April
25, 26, 27 and 28, 2019. We also ask that you keep in your prayers the administration, staff, and correction-
al officers. We thank them for allowing the Kenosis Ministry to put into action Jesus’ command - “To
love one another as I have loved you.” Peace be with you.
