How to: Schedule an Online Counseling Appointment

Select a counselor and schedule through theappointment card. You are required to log-in

with your student email and password. You willthen see an informed consent statement- you

must agree to use this online counseling service.

Check the email you received from Cranium Cafe and click on the link to join! The required web browser

for your online session is Google Chrome or Firefox.

VISIT OUR SSS TRIO WEBSITEwww.napavalley.edu/SSSTRIOLook on the left for a tab called "TRIO Online Counseling" and select.An NVC Student Application is required for all Counseling Services.

FILL OUT THE INTAKE FORMChoose the counselor you want to meet with andselect from the available dates/times. Completethe rest of the form and hit submit. You willinstantly receive an email confirmation in your@student.napavalley.edu email!
