Whereas, Shivalika Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., Plot No.16,Sector -09, Dwarka, Phase-I, New Dlhi-110075 is registered with this Departmentvide Regn. No. 983/GH.

And whereas President and other members of the Management Committee ofShivalika CGHS Ltd. has resigned from their respective posts.

Now, the Secretary-cum-Registrar Co-operative Societies, Govt. of NCT ofDelhi, in exercise of the powers vested in him under DCS Act & Rules, appointsSh. A.S. Dagar, Retd. IAS as Administrator under section 35(5) of DCS Act, 2003, tomanage the affairs of the society and to conduct the election of the ManagingCommittee of the Society within a period of Ninety days from the date of issue of theorder and entitle to receive Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only)per months ashonorarium out of the Society funds..

Further Sh. Sandeep, Superintendent, Dte. of Education GNCT of Delhi is alsoappointed by the Secretary-cum-Registrar Co-operative Societies GNCT of Delhi asReturning Officer in the Shivalika Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. undersection 35(1) of DCS Act 2003 to conduct the election of the Managing Committee ofthe society and entitle to receive Rs.6000/- (Rs. Six thousand only) as honorariumout of the society funds.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
