No. 983/GH. And whereas President and other members of the Management Committee of Shivalika CGHS Ltd. has resigned from their respective posts. Now, the Secretary-cum-Registrar Co-operative Societies, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, in exercise of the powers vested in him under DCS Act & Rules, appoints Sh. A.S. Dagar, Retd. IAS as Administrator under section 35(5) of DCS Act, 2003, to manage the affairs of the society and to conduct the election of the Managing Committee of the Society within a period of Ninety days from the date of issue of the order and entitle to receive Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only)per months as honorarium out of the Society funds.. Further Sh. Sandeep, Superintendent, Dte. of Education GNCT of Delhi is also appointed by the Secretary-cum-Registrar Co-operative Societies GNCT of Delhi as Returning Officer in the Shivalika Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. under section 35(1) of DCS Act 2003 to conduct the election of the Managing Committee of the society and entitle to receive Rs.6000/- (Rs.
